MB Athletics is a youth training program dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and disciplined athletes through basketball, fitness, and tech-powered performance tracking. We train athletes ages 5–17 in a fun, structured, and positive environment focused on growth, effort, and fundamentals.

What ages do you train?
We train athletes ages 5–17. All skill levels are welcome — from beginners to advanced players.
Do my child need basketball experience to join?
No experience needed. Our program is designed to help beginners learn the basics and help advanced athletes level up their skills.
What is the tech tracking system?
We use wearable activity bands that measure effort, movement, and improvement. This helps coaches track progress and provide personalized feedback.
Do parents get progress updates?
Yes! Parents receive periodic updates so you can see your child’s growth, effort levels, and skill improvement over time.
Where are you located?
We are based in Katy, TX, with training sessions held at local gyms and community centers. Location details will be provided before each session or camp.
How often are training sessions?
Training schedules vary depending on the program. Most athletes train once or twice per week.
